HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Items purchased on Diesel.com can be returned within 30 days from delivery or from pick up in store. Returns are totally free.

You can choose the option that works best for you: requesting your return online, contacting Client Service, or returning to any Diesel store.

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 14 days.

Online Returns

Login to your account and navigate to your orders section. Select the order and item you wish to return. After placing your return request, you will receive an email for shipping the product back to us. Prepare the item in the original package, and await the courier to come collect the item. Make sure that the item is in the exact condition as received with all the tags attached.See order

Returns Through Client Services

Call Client Services and provide them with your order number and the email address used for purchase. As soon as the client assistant completes the request on your behalf, you will receive a return authorisation email with instructions for shipping the package back to us. Prepare and ship the items as indicated in the "Online Returns" procedure above. In both cases, the items will be quality checked before the return is accepted. Refund timing will depend on the original payment method.

In-store returns

You can return your order to any Diesel store in the same country from which you purchased.

HOW CAN I USE MY BE U POINTS?

Be U points can be earned and used both online and in Diesel stores. If you already have an existing Be U account, you need to link your Be U account with your Diesel website account before you can start earning or redeeming points on your online purchases. To link your Be U account to your website account, follow the steps on the account creation page, or log in to your website account, and navigate to Be U rewards in the My Account section.

WHERE CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped. You can track your order on the courier's website using the tracking number.

HOW DO I REQUEST FOR AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF MY ORDER?

You can request to exchange or return an item from your order, by logging in and navigating to the "Orders" tab within your Account. Alternatively, you may contact customer service to place the request.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item purchased online. Once we receive it, refunds are processed within 14 days.
The refund will be performed against the original form of payment.
For orders paid by cash, the refund will be made to a bank account. You would need to provide us with your bank details at the time of requesting the refund.
Cash on delivery surcharge amount is non-refundable.
The items must be in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging. Beachwear, underwear and perfumes can be returned only with the package sealed. Customized items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Products belonging to the same order must be returned to us in a single parcel, and must be shipped from the same country where you received them to avoid extra handling expenses.
Items purchased from Diesel stores cannot be returned online.
